all the while I sin against God". Interesting statement, huh? That's what us Christians do everyday. We pretend not to notice a friend is sinning, we don't want to hurt their feelings. Or we really want to say something but we know they'll say, Who are you to tell me what I'm doing is wrong. My favorite, "I'm finding myself, who are you to judge me?" Comments like this make me want to laugh, then cry. When I point something out to a fellow "believer" in Christ, usually a Sister, it almost never turns out good, as I am "judging". Truth is, if a friend (Brother or Sister in Christ), is sinning, we need to say something. Proverbs 27:5-6:

"Open rebuke is better than love carefully concealed. Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful."

Our friends should be the ones we can count on to show us where we mess up, we have to hear it! In order to grow we need to be reproved.

The other day I came across a very good blog entry at The Isle of Hope. The gentleman that this blog belongs to said in his post "Judge Not", everything I've been trying to say, but he says it best (he seems to be a solid writer).
