Oh, it's nothing....just a burning wooden spoon! Hello! Please be aware, things in your dishwasher, especially those laying on hot coils, could catch on fire.
Oh goodness! I've done something like this before...not in the dishwasher. But I didn't know that Mom had just turned a burner off on the stove and I was getting out a mixing bowl. It was a set of three so I had to take out the smallest one to get to the middle one. Let's just say I set that small one on the very burner that was still hot. It totally melted the bottom!
Ooooohhhhhh. I see. Yes, we are allowed to paint. Only colors that can be painted over with a white primer type paint in one coat. They have painters that come in and redo all the walls when people move out. So our bedroom is light blue, the living room is beige-ish. And the office is a pale yellow. I won't touch the dining room or bathroom cause it's some crazy textured wall. I don't want to deal with it.

Poor spoon. We've all done something similar before!! Now... you can just spray paint that spoon and use it for some kind of decorating! HA!

Haha, Mrs. U! Too funny! I pretty sure I threw it away! Too bad, it would have looked great spray painted black and hanging on my wall :P
